Contracted service

Linautodex allows you to remotely consult a vehicle catalog from websites. The specific conditions of each plan include price, quota, request limit, customization and presence of the Linautodex ID. They are displayed before you subscribe to the service.

Registration and contracting of the service

Registration creates an account with the free plan available. To subscribe to the service, a payment plan or a recharge, review the summary, accept these conditions and complete the authorization at PayPal. You can correct your selection before authorizing payment. The contracting of the service is processed in Spanish. The order and its conditions are registered; the status is queried to the database in My Account. The return from PayPal does not by itself credit a payment: Linautodex verifies its confirmation.

Price and promotions

Prices are expressed in euros and are the final published amounts, with taxes included where applicable. The annual payment is paid in full at once. Its monthly equivalent is informative. Each offer indicates the period of contracting the service, duration of the discount, subsequent price and, if applicable, the gift included. The accepted conditions are preserved even if the offer ends or changes for new registrations.

Renewal and cancellation

Payment plans are automatically renewed with the frequency accepted in PayPal. You can cancel the renewal from My Account or from PayPal automatic payments. Cancellation retains access for the period already paid for. Balance is not replenished nor is an automatic refund generated for canceling. If there is a legal right of withdrawal or refund, it is maintained and can be exercised via support or auto@linautodex.com; There is no automatic waiver of those rights.

database queries and reloads

A valid search submitted when you click Search consumes a database query on limited plans, even if it returns no matches. Filling selectors does not consume database queries. You can search from the brand; The rest of the filters are optional and follow their cascading order. The included fee is replenished every month, also in annual plans, and is not accumulated. Additional recharges are retained between periods and consumed after the monthly fee. Access requires a current subscription. The advertised cost per database query involves using the entire included fee; It is not an individual fee per request.

Use and compatibility

The API key must remain on the authorized site's server. The limits apply to the set of requests for the account. The information in the catalog may require corrections and is not a substitute for technical verification of the compatibility of a spare part. The relationships between parts and vehicles are managed by the store. Vehicle proposals are not incorporated into the general catalog without review.

Invoices, incidents and rights

Provide correct tax information for billing. Invoices are delivered in PDF from My Account. Report any incident through support or auto@linautodex.com, indicating the affected order. Refund requests are reviewed according to the contracted conditions and applicable rights. These conditions do not exclude mandatory rights or establish a judicial submission that could harm the client. The applicable regulations and jurisdiction will be determined as appropriate to the contractual relationship.
