What data we process and why

We process email and account credentials to manage access; the plan, orders and payment records for providing the service; tax data and invoices for billing; API consumption to apply quotas; and support messages and vehicle proposals to serve them. Technical data, such as IP addresses and access attempts, are also recorded to protect the service. Do not provide unnecessary third-party data in tickets or proposals.

Basis of treatment

Account, service and support management is carried out to execute the contractual relationship or respond to previous requests. Tax documentation is kept to fulfill the corresponding obligations. The prevention of fraud and the protection of the service respond to the legitimate interest in maintaining its security, with the applicable guarantees and rights. Acceptance of the conditions is not used as authorization to send advertising.

Suppliers and payments

Hosting and mailing require providers that provide these services. PayPal manages payments and its own controls in accordance with its privacy policy. Linautodex does not request or save your full card number. The administrator uploads externally issued invoices in PDF for private download. Connectors consult the catalog; They do not need to transmit the data of the store's buyers.

Conservation

The data is maintained during the relationship and, thereafter, for the periods necessary to meet applicable responsibilities and obligations. The temporary records of request limitations are cleaned after two days and those of access attempts are cleaned after one day, through automatic maintenance. Invoices are kept as accounting documentation with restricted access. Private copies are used to recover service.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability when applicable, by writing to auto@linautodex.com. Your identity will be verified in a proportionate manner. You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: https://www.aepd.es. Deleting an account does not imply deleting documentation whose retention is mandatory.
